The car first appears parked outside Satriale's Pork Store in the parking lot in Rat Pack. Silvio is seen driving it in Long Term Parking, when he’s driving Adriana supposedly to see Christopher in the hospital following a suicide attempt, but Tony fooled her; he and Silvio were setting up a trap for her. Silvio took Adriana to a forest and when he parked, she tried to touch the steering wheel and drive away, but he pulls her out and then she tries crawling away as he draws a gun and shoots her twice in the head, killing her instantly.
