Allen Coulter (born March 21, 1969) is an American television and film director. Credited with several succeses over the years, he directed 12 episodes of The Sopranos.
Biography[]
Coulter was born in College Station, Texas, in 1969. He studied theater directing in the University of Texas and later moved to New York to continue his career in filmmaking. Apart from The Sopranos he has directed episodes for other series, such as Sex and the City, Six Feet Under or Boardwalk Empire, as well as directing two feature movies; Hollywoodland (2006) and Remember Me (2010).
