Bobby encountered severe weight problems like his father. He often needled his step-mother, Janice, and after his father's death in "The Blue Comet," apparently expressed a wish to go live with his aunt. Janice said she was inclined to let him, since Nica was devoted to her big sister, so keeping Sophia around mattered.
