Though passing through his childhood as white, Doug has used his slight family blood ties to Iroquois Natives through his father's side to become chief of the Mohonk Indians. Hesh Rabkin gets Doug in touch with Tony Soprano to try and settle a racial dispute about Christopher Columbus Day. Doug isn’t able to help but give Tony’s crew a full compensated visit to his casino. He reaches out to Tony to try and help him book Frankie Valli to play the casino.
