Carmela Soprano comes to see Dr. Krakower as Dr. Melfi recommended him during a visit. During Carmela’s visit to Dr. Krakower he tells him about her life with Tony. Dr. Krakower recommends divorce because Tony’s life is dangerous and his income obtains blood money. He also advises Carmela to use legal funds she can assemble to survive and raise her kids alone.
