Biography[]
Season 5[]
Frankie restrains a drunken and unstable Christopher.
Frankie was employed as security at the Bada-Bing; when an alcohol-induced Christopher enters the club armed with a pistol after having shot up Tony's car's tires and begins yelling for Tony to come down, Frankie and Corky DiGioia rush at him and hold him by the arms, restraining him and taking him outside to be confronted by Tony, Paulie, Silvio and Tony B. After driving out to a secluded spot, Frankie places Christopher on his knees so Tony can give him his due, and he very nearly kills Christopher.[2] He later drives Tony over to Pussy's body shop, which is now being managed by his widow Angie so Tony can talk to her about a matter involving Phil Leotardo's car.[3] Frankie enters the backroom of the Bada-Bing with Tony and salutes the Soprano Crew members playing cards.[4] After the murder of Billy Leotardo at the hands of Tony B, he also joins Tony, Silvio and Christopher at a tense sitdown with Phil, Johnny Sack and the New York hierarchy.[5]
Personality[]
Frankie was an intimidating presence and entirely willing to carry out any order that was asked of him. He instinctively and quickly apprehended Christopher when he began acting out at the Bada-Bing, also being able to stand around when he could have been killed by Tony.[2] In addition, he acted as Tony's personal bodyguard and chauffeur and followed him to important meetings without any complaint, eager to serve his boss' demands.[3][4][5]
