Biography[]

Gia is seen in her husband's hospital room, when Peter is ran over by DiMeo capo Richie Aprile. Richie ran over Peter because he had refused to pay money to Richie after he was released from prison. Richie thought that he was entitled to "tax" from Peter because of their history. When DiMeo street boss Tony Soprano goes to see Peter, Gia is angry with Tony and asks him if he is going to let Richie get away with it. She then sarcastically says that she's going to leave the room so that Peter can talk to his "friend." Gia and Beansie soon move to Miami where he opens a new supper club.

It's revealed in season 4 and 6 that her and Beansie have two children, a daughter they had named Christina, as well as a daughter she had from a previous marriage.
