Green Grove is a retirement community where Tony Soprano placed his mother, Livia Soprano, after she accidentally ran over Fanny. It was owned by Freddie Capuano until he was killed for spreading rumors about Tony trying to kill his mother, Livia. Later on, Paulie Gualtieri moved his mother, Nucci Gualtieri, to Green Grove "on Tony's recommendation."

Season 1[]
Livia Soprano comes to live here for some time. When the family first visited Livia had a mocking outburst. (“Pilot”)
A few of Corrado “Junior” Soprano’s capos also placed their mothers here.
Anthony Soprano Jr. comes here to visit his Grandmother while he’s being suspended from school. (“Down Neck”)
Season 3[]
Nucci Gualtieri is about to move here and her son Paulie helps her. Nucci loves the place but Livia Soprano on the other hand didn’t. Green Grove costs a fortune so Paulie has a talk with Tony and Ralph Ciferetto over a pay dispute.
Season 4[]
Paulie Gualtieri helps his mother get all settled in. She’s excited to hear her friends are also coming to live here.
Season 6[]
When Paulie Gualtieri learns the truth from his Aunt Dottie (who turns out to be his mother) he becomes very angry at Nucci, (who turns out to be his Aunt) that he throws her TV out the window during a visit. ("The Fleshy Part of the Thigh")
Paulie comes to visit his Aunt Nucci after seeing her at the church fair and they reconcile and watch TV together. ("The Ride")
