Gwen met Tony Blundetto whilst he was in prison, when the two started communicating online. When Tony was released, he and Gwen began dating and she was the driving force behind Tony going "legit" and studying for a massage therapist license exam, which he went on to pass. Gwen is seemingly unaware of Tony's criminal acquaintances, and his personal affiliation to Soprano, and his underlings. She did, however, seem aware that Blundetto was addicted to gambling.
