Jay was a bouncer at the Crazy Horse Club, and an associate of Christopher Moltisanti.
When Matush was dealing Ecstasy in the club bathroom, Jay, along with Benny Fazio and Furio Giunta, threw him out of the club. Later, when Matush was dealing outside of the club, Jay and Benny caught him again, and Furio took him elsewhere to beat him up.
