Justin Cifaretto is Ralph Cifaretto’s son.

Background Information[]
Justin was born to Ralph Cifaretto and Ronnie Capozza. His parents divorced when he was very young, and he didn’t see his father a lot, as he was taking care of the DiMeo family's real estate business in Miami. Ralph recalls being high on cocaine on Justin's seventh birthday, and forgetting to call and say happy birthday to him.
Ralph came back to New Jersey in 2000, and Justin began visiting him. Though he didn’t enjoy his visits, and had trouble sleeping the days before he would visit. Justin was gifted a bow and arrow by his mother, and took part in archery practice.
Season 4[]

One day, Justin and his friend are in a park outside of his father's house playing Lord of the Rings with his bow and arrow unattended. Ralph was supposed to take him to Archery practice, but he was taking a bath. Justin accidentally got shot in the collarbone while playing with his friend. He is seriously injured after the accident. He was hospitalized for many weeks. His father was absolutely devastated, and sat by his bedside. It is believed that Ralph killed a race horse he owned named Pie-O-My in order to pay for his sons medical bills, this would cause Tony Soprano to kill him, and dispose of his body. Tony visits Justin in the hospital following his father’s death. He states he believes that Justin recognized him, even in his coma state ("The Strong, Silent Type")

It is stated by Ralph before his death that Justin will recover, and will be able to function normally, but he will have to go through rehab in order to learn how to talk again.
