The Leotardo twins are Phil and Patty Leotardo’s granddaughters.
Biography[]
The twins were born sometime in 2007. One day while their grandparents are babysitting them, they stop for gas and Phil gets out to make a phone call and says "say bye bye grandpa" to them. Then all of a sudden, Phil gets shot in the head by Walden and a horror stricken Patty jumps out of the car, leaving it on drive with the twins still in it and it rolls over their dead grandfather’s head. It is unknown what happened to them, though it's never stated that they were harmed in any way, so it's most likely they were okay.
