Sal was a bookie based in Newark that worked for Soprano family capo Bobby Baccalieri.
History[]
Sal previously kicked up his book's earnings to Eugene Pontecorvo. After Eugene's suicide, Bobby Baccalieri was given control of the book, as it was in his territory.
In December of 2006, Bobby visited Sal for his weekly collections, with Sal commenting that they did really good that week. He said goodnight to Bobby as he walked out. ("Moe n' Joe”)
