Biography[]
Shlomo uses Silvio to get in touch with then DiMeo capo Tony Soprano in the episode "Denial, Anger, Acceptance", so that they can make a business arrangement. Shlomo is being shaken down for 50% of his motel by his son-in-law, Ariel, who will not divorce Shlomo's daughter. Tony asks for 25% of the Flyaway Motel if he can get the son-in-law to agree to a divorce. Shlomo accepts the offer. Shlomo co-owns the Flyaway Motel with his son, Hillel Teittleman, who has serious reservations about working with the DiMeo mobsters.
Ultimately, he refuses to hold up his end of the bargain, and (as far as we are shown) is one of the only people in the series to do so in an arrangement with Tony Soprano and survive. It is unclear what happened to Shlomo Teittleman.
