in "Denial, Anger, Acceptance", Mikey Palmice states to Jackie Aprile while he's in the hospital for his cancer that Tommy also had cancer.

In "Where's Johnny?", Tommy stayed with Soprano family boss Junior Soprano and the pair watched television, when the latter's signs of dementia began to worsen. Junior mistook himself for Larry David and the character Jeff Greene for fellow soldier Bobby Baccalieri from the show "Curb Your Enthusiasm", however, Tommy attempted to lament to Junior that it was just a television show. Later that day, Junior fled his house unbeknownst to Tommy, upon realizing, Tommy called Bobby who arrived at Junior's house and dismissed him home.
